ORDERING INFORMATION
Prices
At Gym Central we consistently offer high standards in quality at the lowest possible prices to our customers. However, due to continued increases in raw materials, utilities, labour etc. subject us to price changes beyond our control. Therefore, prices are subject to change without notice.
Payment
All prices are in pounds sterling (£). Credit cards accepted include Visa, MasterCard, we also accept Switch, debit cards and Solo. If you would like to pay by Paypal or BACS transfer please contact us through email or telephone to speak to a member of the team.
Payment for stock orders is charged to a customer’s account on placement of the order. Payment for special orders is taken at the time the order confirmation is signed and returned to Gym Central Ltd. Postage charges will be made as listed on our website
Changes/Cancellations
Before ordering please check your order carefully. Any changes or additions made after placing an order will be treated as a new order. Changes, additions or cancellations cannot be made to special orders already in production. Any personalised items will not be refunded unless proven faulty.
GYM CENTRAL RETURNS POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, return the item unworn and in perfect condition with tags attached, within 14 days for an exchange or refund.
When sending a return please attach your contact details and the reason for the return.
Please remember that you are responsible for any returned goods until they reach our office, we recommend that you obtain proof of posting from the carrier who posted your parcel. If you return your parcel via a form of delivery that is not guaranteed then we will accept no responsibility if the parcel is lost or damaged. Please note that you are responsible for paying any postage or shipping costs incurred when returning the product.
*Personalised garments and special designs cannot be exchanged unless faulty, so please ensure you order the correct size.
